Seeing you write and post about journaling really makes me want to give it another shot, but knowing my ADHD I’ll probably fall off it pretty quick 😅 maybe once I’m diagnosed and medicated I’ll try my hand at it again!

One of the reasons I like Cassandra Aarsen’s organization styles is that she understands how people actually live with an organization system on a daily basis. She has ADHD as well, I’m sure it helped her figure this stuff out.

Thank you for the encouragement! I’ll be thinking about it for sure. I’ve always loved the concept, and honestly one thing I have now that I didn’t last time was a clear idea of how to go about it.

Also, that’s great that she’s found ways to accommodate her ADHD, that’s actually really helpful to know
